1.2.6 Base Mapping <br />a) Prepare strip base maps illustrating data collected above from field survey. <br />b) Include property ownership and boundary information. <br />C) QA/QC all base maps before delivery to the City. <br />1.2.7 Prepare DTM <br />a) Extract spot elevations and break lines into DTM. <br />b) Extract and prepare triangulated irregular network into DTM. <br />C) Load 1 -foot contour information. <br />1.2.8 ROW Parcel Maps <br />a) Prepare parcel sketches and field notes for right -of -way acquisition or easements <br />to be signed and sealed by a Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor. <br />b) Set 1/2 -inch iron rods with plastic caps stamped "HALFF INC." at all right - <br />of -way points of intersection, points of curvature, points of tangency, and at <br />property line intersections. <br />c) For purposes of fee development, assume forty -five (45) total legal <br />instruments will be prepared for right -of -way or easement acquisitions (33 <br />residential/small commercial parcels and 12 creek/large commercial parcels) <br />1.2.9 Survey and Right -of -Way deliverables will consist of <br />a) One (1) Final set of existing right -of -way drawings prepared to 1 inch = 40 feet <br />horizontal scale. <br />b) Five (5) copies of legal instruments for Right -of -Way or Easement Acquisitions <br />C) One (1) electronic copy of all survey information defined above to be provided on <br />CD -ROM in Microstation V8 and Geopak format. <br />1.3 TASK 3 - SUBSURFACE UTILITY ENGINEERING/UTILIY COORDINATION <br />The Engineer will: <br />1.3.1 Identify and coordinate the Project with the following utility owners: <br />a) CenturyLink Telephone <br />b) AT &T Telephone and Fiber - Optic -Cable <br />C) Centerpoint Energy Gas <br />d) Time Warner Cable <br />e) Grande Communications Fiber - Optic -Cable <br />0 San Marcos Water and Sewer <br />g) San Marcos Electric Utility <br />1.3.2 Prepare Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Quality Level B for approximately 20,000 <br />linear feet of utilities.
