feet intervals. <br />b) If possible, survey control will be tied to existing Texas Department of <br />Transportation (TxDOT) control. <br />C) Survey Control will be related to the State Plane Coordinate System, Texas <br />Central Zone, NAD83. <br />d) Perform vertical closure on level loop. <br />e) Set bench marks for design and construction improvements in accordance with <br />the "Manual of Practice for Land Surveying in Texas ". <br />1.2.3 Data Collection <br />a) Research property ownership records. <br />b) Research existing plat information. <br />C) Prepare database of property owners and addresses. <br />1.2.4 Record Information <br />a) Establish and define property ownership interests. <br />b) Establish and define property lines adjacent to Hunter Road right -of -way. <br />c) Establish and define easements. <br />d) Establish and define existing right -of -way. <br />1.2.5 Field Survey <br />a) Perform field survey on Hunter Road from approximately 500 feet north of <br />Bishop Street to station 66 +00 to include a 100 feet wide area centered along the <br />existing right -of -way. <br />b) Perform field survey on Hunter Road from approximately station 66 +00 to <br />Wonder World Drive to include a 120 feet wide area centered along the existing <br />right -of -way. <br />c) Perform field survey on San Antonio Street from approximately station 66 +00 to <br />69 +00 to include a 100 feet wide area centered along the existing right -of -way. <br />d) Perform field survey of existing drainage easement area located approximately <br />150 feet south of Dixon Street. <br />e) Perform field survey of existing drainage easement area located approximately at <br />station 89 +00. <br />f) Obtain break lines and spot elevations sufficient for 1 -foot contour intervals. <br />g) Obtain line and grade on handicap ramps, crosswalks, and sidewalks. <br />h) Field tie above ground visible improvements. <br />i) Tie visible utility locations, including ties to above - ground features, such as <br />power poles, valves, meter boxes, and other features (i.e. edges of pavement, <br />curbs and gutter, sidewalks, building corners etc.) either found by our surveyors <br />or located for us by utility companies and/or other agencies. <br />j) Provide spot elevations at center point of manhole covers and access vaults. <br />k) Provide invert elevation of manhole and elevation of pipe flowlines (if possible). <br />1) Provide location, pipe size, (if possible) and invert elevation of existing storm <br />drain structures. <br />m) Field tie and tag existing trees 6- inches diameter and greater. <br />n) Process field collected data for field survey. <br />Kimley -Hom — FM 2439 (Hunter Road) <br />
