The Engineer will <br />maintain the schedule throughout project development. <br />1.1.2 Assist the City in connection with filing documents required for the approval of <br />governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project within a timely manner to meet the <br />project schedule. If a deadline is to be missed, a memo will be delivered to the Director of <br />Engineering. <br />1.1.3 Perform general administrative duties associated with the Project, to include <br />monitoring/reporting, scheduling, general correspondence, office administration, and <br />invoicing. <br />1.1.4 Maintain an "issues list" identifying the date the Project related issues become known, <br />the person(s) responsible for solution(s), date solution(s) will be provided, and final resolution of <br />the issue. <br />1.1.5 Participate in meetings with the City to update the City on the progress of work for up to: <br />a) 1 initial kickoff meeting; <br />b) 15 progress meetings; <br />1.1.6 Prepare a Design Summary Report (DSR) Form and present to the City and TxDOT at a <br />Design Concept Conference Meeting. <br />1.1.7 Attend up to four (4) design coordination meetings with TxDOT and the City, and <br />attend Design Review meetings for the 30 %, 60 %, and 95% PS &E design submittals. Prepare <br />meeting minutes and distribute to project attendees. <br />1.1.8 Prepare comment responses as applicable for comments received during design review <br />submittals. <br />1.1.9 Perform Quality Control of deliverables prior to submission to the City and/or TxDOT. <br />1.1.10 The Engineer will prepare and submit monthly progress reports and invoices to the City <br />for review and approval. <br />1.2 TASK 2 — SURVEY AND RIGHT -OF -WAY DATA <br />The Engineer will: <br />1.2.1 Prepare Right of Entry Letters for approval from the City. Upon approval from the City, <br />the Engineer will mail Right of Entry Letters to property owners adjacent to the project limits. <br />1.2.2 Survey Control <br />a) Establish survey control along the length of the project at approximately 1000 - <br />Kimley Horn — FM 2439 (Hunter Road) <br />2 <br />
