CoxJMcLain will identify any mitigation required
based on impacts to those numbered trees.
6. Surveying and Easement Descriptions — Inland Geodetics will provide
surveying support for the project including:
a. Perform a design survey consisting of trees 8- inches and larger,
surface features, property lines and 1 -foot topographic lines.
Horizontal control will be on the Texas State Plane Coordinate System
Central Zone and vertical control shall be USGS NAVD88 datum.
b. For estimating purposes temporary
and permanent easements on four (4) parcels have been assumed.
7. Geotechnical Investigation — Raba - Kistner will perform geotechnical borings
of varying depths along the project route; conduct appropriate laboratory
testing; and summarize the field investigation results and recommendations
in a geotechnical report as appropriate.
8. Utility Research, Location & Coordination — The City of San Marcos will
separately contract for subsurface utility engineering (SUE).
