Reconsider Ordinance 2011 -62 amending the Official Zoning Map of the City by <br />rezoning a 149.14 acre, more or less, tract of land (Phase 1 of The Preserve at Windemere <br />Subdivision) located along Lime Kiln Road approximately one mile Northwest of the <br />intersection of Lime Kiln Road and Post Road from "SF -R" Single- Family Rural <br />Residential District to "PDD" Planned Development District with base zoning of "SF -R" <br />Single - Family Rural Residential District; approving Planned Development District <br />Standards for The Preserve At Windemere Phase 1 Planned Development District; <br />including procedural provisions; and providing for penalties. <br />No Action <br />19. Reconsider Ordinance 2011 -63 amending the Official Zoning Map of the City by <br />rezoning a 12.904 acre, more or less, tract of land out of the Barnett O. Kane Survey <br />Abstract No. 281 located at the 2600 block of State Highway 123 from "DR" Duplex <br />Restricted Residential District to "MF -12" Multiple - Family Residential District; and <br />including procedural provisions. <br />No Action <br />20. Reconsider Ordinance 2011 -64 amending the Official Zoning Map of the City by <br />rezoning a 2.42 acre, more or less, tract of land located at 120 Warden Lane from "MU" <br />Mixed Use District to "PDD" Planned Development District with base zoning of "MU" <br />Mixed Use District; approving Planned Development District Standards for the Thorpe <br />Lane Lofts Planned Development District; including procedural provisions; and providing <br />for penalties. <br />No Action <br />21. Reconsider Ordinance 2011 -66 amending the Official Zoning Map of the City by <br />rezoning a 1.966 acre, more or less, tract of land out of the J.M.
