18. Reconsider Ordinance 2011 -62 amending the Official Zoning Map of the City by rezoning a 149.14 acre, more or less, tract of land (Phase 1 of The Preserve at Windemere Subdivision) located along Lime Kiln Road approximately one mile Northwest of the intersection of Lime Kiln Road and Post Road from "SF -R" Single- Family Rural Residential District to "PDD" Planned Development District with base zoning of "SF -R" Single - Family Rural Residential District; approving Planned Development District Standards for The Preserve At Windemere Phase 1 Planned Development District; including procedural provisions; and providing for penalties. No Action 19. Reconsider Ordinance 2011 -63 amending the Official Zoning Map of the City by rezoning a 12.904 acre, more or less, tract of land out of the Barnett O. Kane Survey Abstract No. 281 located at the 2600 block of State Highway 123 from "DR" Duplex Restricted Residential District to "MF -12" Multiple - Family Residential District; and including procedural provisions. No Action 20. Reconsider Ordinance 2011 -64 amending the Official Zoning Map of the City by rezoning a 2.42 acre, more or less, tract of land located at 120 Warden Lane from "MU" Mixed Use District to "PDD" Planned Development District with base zoning of "MU" Mixed Use District; approving Planned Development District Standards for the Thorpe Lane Lofts Planned Development District; including procedural provisions; and providing for penalties. No Action 21. Reconsider Ordinance 2011 -65 approving an amendment to the Future Land Use Map from "LDR" Low Density Residential to "MU" Mixed Use for 0.23 acres, more or less, of land out of the Lindsey and Harvey Addition located at 531 West Hopkins Street; amending the Official Zoning Map of the City by rezoning said tract from "SF -4.5" Single - Family Residential District to Mixed Use District; and including procedural provisions. No Action 22. Reconsider Ordinance 2011 -66 amending the Official Zoning Map of the City by rezoning a 1.966 acre, more or less, tract of land out of the J.M. Veramendi Survey No. 2, located at 1640 Aquarena Springs Drive from "GC" General Commercial District to "MF -24" Multiple - Family Residential District; and including procedural provisions. No Action
