Reconsider Ordinance 2011 -60 concerning a 10.735 acre, more or less, tract of land <br />located at 1311 North I11-35; approving an amendment to the Future Land Use Map of the <br />City from "C" Commercial to "HDR" High Density Residential for a 2.547 acre, more or <br />less, portion of said tract; amending the Official Zoning Map of the City by rezoning 8.188 <br />acres of said tract from "MF -24" Multiple - Family Residential District and 2.547 acres of <br />said tract from "GC" General Commercial District each to "PDD" Planned Development <br />District with base zoning of "MF -24" Multiple - Family Residential District; approving <br />Planned Development District standards for the luxury apartment community at Thorpe <br />Planned Development District; including procedural provisions; and providing for <br />penalties. <br />No Action <br />17. Reconsider Ordinance 2011 -61 approving an amendment to the Future Land Use Map <br />of the City from "MU" Mixed Use to "HDR" High Density Residential for a 13 acre, more <br />or less, tract of land out of lot 1, Block C of the Blanco Riverwalk Subdivision located at <br />Riverway Avenue and Cotter Avenue, amending the Official Zoning Map of the City by <br />rezoning said tract of land from "MU" Mixed Use District to "PDD" Planned Development <br />District with base zoning of "MF -24" Multiple - Family Residential District; approving <br />Planned Development District Standards for the Blanco Riverwalk Subdivision Planned <br />Development District; including procedural provisions; and providing for penalties. <br />No Action <br />
