<br />RECEIVING AGENCY all fluoridation equipment financed hereunder. Thereafter, <br />PERFORMING AGENCY shall have no further obligations hereunder, including, no obligations <br />to operate the fluoridation equipment, perform onsite monitoring of fluoride level or submit water <br />samples for fluoride level analysis. <br /> <br />PERFORMING AGENCY and RECEIVING AGENCY, by signing this contract, do certify that: <br />1) this contract is authorized by the governing body of each party; and 2) each party paying for <br />the performance of governmental functions or services is making those payments from current <br />revenues available to the paying party . <br /> <br />SECTION III. BUDGET: <br /> <br />RECEIVING AGENCY will reimburse PERFORMING AGENCY a lump sum amount upon <br />satisfactory completion of the installation as described in SECTION I.
