<br />1.2.6 Identify on the right of way strip map any major design problems and make <br />preliminary recommendation for traffic patterns, turn lanes etc. <br /> <br />1.2.7 Prepare and submit conceptual plan for City review and approval. <br /> <br />1.2.8 Meet with City staff on conceptual plan to: <br />(a) establish drainage design criteria <br />(b) establish typical sections of pavement and sidewalk based upon right-of way <br />considerations <br />(c) discuss special design problems <br />(d) order boundary surveys <br />(e) establish progress meeting schedule <br />(f) establish neighborhood meeting schedule <br />(g) establish design schedule <br />(h) establish approximate construction schedule <br /> <br />1.2.9 Conduct a neighborhood meeting regarding the Project. <br /> <br />1.2.10 Modify conceptual design as necessary in conformance with City comments. <br /> <br />Topographic Survey <br /> <br />1.2.11 Obtain necessary rights of entry prior to entering any private property. <br /> <br />1.2.12 Prepare deed sketch of right of way strip map from public records. <br /> <br />1.2.13 Examine utility maps and data provided by utility companies. <br /> <br />1.2.14 Prepare survey assignment and perform surveys. <br /> <br />1.2.15 Establish horizontal and vertical control along the Project route based on South <br />Central Texas State Plane Coordinate and City monumentation for use by contractor. <br /> <br />1.2.16 Locate visible utilities and other man made features, both horizontally and vertically. <br /> <br />1.2.17 Locate natural features, both horizontally and vertically. <br /> <br />1.2.18 Reduce all field data, right of way (based on topographic survey), all located <br />manhole and natural features, contours, manhole flowline elevation, top of water valves <br />elevation and other appropriate items. <br /> <br />1.2.19 Prepare a base map showing right of way (based on topo survey), trees 8" DBH <br />and over, location of manholes, manhole flowline elevations, water valve locations, top of <br />water valve elevation, other man-made features, contours, and other natural features. <br /> <br />3 <br />
