<br />auction to run in an orderly fashion; <br /> <br />(b) provide pre-numbered two-part NCR bidder registration cards <br />which include all auction terms and conditions and buyer <br />registration information including warranty disclaimers <br />referenced in subsection 1.1.9. The top copy will be retained <br />for City's, County's or SMCISD's and Auctioneer's use and the <br />second copy is bidder's and for identification purposes; <br /> <br />(c) begin registering bidders two hours prior to the start of bidding <br />and continue registering bidders throughout the entire auction; <br /> <br />(d) require each prospective bidder to present a valid driver's <br />license, provide information such as title/company name, full <br />name, driver's license, address, date of birth, title information, <br />phone number, e-mail address, form of payment and resale <br />tax exempt number (if applicable) for inclusion on bidder <br />registration cards; Auctioneer will require bidders to sign bidder <br />registration cards; <br /> <br />(e) provide Buyer's Guides for each person attending the auction. <br />The guides will consist of a brief description of all items to be <br />sold, including lot numbers and vehicle descriptions; <br /> <br />(f) key bidder information into the computer for title work <br />information, tracking purposes, any reference information, <br />payment information, checkout information, and all records; <br /> <br />(g) prior to the auction, announce that each bidder must be <br />properly registered; <br /> <br />(h) begin recording the auction on audio cassette tapes and make <br />pertinent announcements to bidders; <br /> <br />(i) begin auction promptly at the time set by the City, County and SMCISD. <br /> <br />0) record each item sold on pre-printed computer generated <br />clerking sheets; <br /> <br />(k) compile records of successful sales under each registered <br />bidders's number and tabulate all sales through the computer; <br /> <br />(I) announce repeatedly throughout the sale that all sales are <br />final, that buyers will pay Auctioneer at the time of the sale and <br />that all merchandise must be picked up by buyers and <br /> <br />4 <br />
