<br />removed from the auction premises not later than the close of <br />the sale; <br /> <br />(m) throughout the sale and upon conclusion of the auction, <br />instruct bidders to turn in their registration numbers and pay at <br />the cashier table. The cashiers will turn in bidder numbers to <br />the Computer Operator who will print an automated invoice for <br />each buyer. Invoices will include the buyer's name address, <br />telephone number, tax identification number, driver's license <br />number, all items purchased (including lot number, description <br />and price) and applicable taxes. The cashiers will provide all <br />buyers with a receipt for all sales; <br /> <br />(n) collect the correct amount of the sale price for each lot or item <br />from the buyer, together with all applicable sales taxes. <br /> <br />(0) make copies of all bills of sale for the City's, County's and <br />SMCISD's records and will provide buyers with the original <br />documents for registration purposes; and <br /> <br />(p) print out auction reports in triplicate after the auction has <br />concluded and all buyers have paid out. Auction reports will <br />contain auction lot numbers, City, County or SMCISD fixed <br />asset numbers, vehicle identification numbers, buyer numbers, <br />all buyer information, total dollar amount of the auction, and <br />the fee due to the Auctioneer. Auctioneer will provide the City, <br />County and SMCISD each with one copy of each auction <br />report on the day of the auction. <br /> <br />1.2.13 Auctioneer will collect all payments from bidders in the forms described In <br />subsection 1.1.13. <br /> <br />1.2.14 Auctioneer will remit the correct amount of sales tax to the State Comptrollers <br />Office for the City, the County and the SMCISD within 10 days after the auction. <br /> <br />1.2.15 Auctioneer will provide to the City, County and the SMCISD a full accounting report <br />of each respective entity's sales at the auction within two bank days after the date of the <br />auction. Each will include the following: <br /> <br />(a) auction lot number; <br />(b) City, County or SMCISD fixed asset number, if one exists; <br />(c) description of the item sold; <br />(d) serial number of the item sold, if one exists; <br />(e) buyer number; <br />(f) buyer name and address; <br /> <br />5 <br />
