<br />(g) dollar amount of the sale; <br />(h) the fee due to Auctioneer. <br /> <br />Auctioneer will bear all losses associated with any checks accepted for payment at the <br />auction that are not honored. <br /> <br />1.2.16 Auctioneer will provide the following written documentslreports at the conclusion of <br />each auction: <br /> <br />(a) Clerking Sheets <br />(b) Final Statement <br />(c) Registered Buyer Report <br />(d) Sales Tax Report <br />(e) Consignor Summary Report <br />(f) Auction Status Report <br />(g) Lot Sales Report <br />(h) Buyer Summary Report <br />(i) Buyer Purchase List <br />0) Buyer Invoices <br /> <br />1.3 OPTIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />Auctioneer will offer the following optional services at the request of the City, the <br />County, and the SMCISD. <br /> <br />1.3.1 The opportunity to conduct an Online Internet Auction. In order to utilize this option <br />the City, the County and the SMCISD must enter into an additional contract with the <br />Auctioneer and its subcontractor MRB Online Auction Group, L.C. <br /> <br />1.3.2 The opportunity to sell surplus items at another alternative governmental auction. <br />This option is available to the City, the County and the SMCISD for the same fee specified <br />in Article 12. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 2 <br />THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />The City will: <br /> <br />2.1 Thirty days prior to each auction, provide the Auctioneer with a preliminary list of <br />items to be sold prior to the commencement of advertising by the Auctioneer. A more <br />detailed listing of items will be provided by the City at least two days prior to the auction. <br />The City reserves the right to add or delete items for sale for any reason until the time of <br />the actual sale. <br /> <br />6 <br />
