<br />2.2 Be responsible for transporting all movable City property to the auction site <br />beginning one to two days prior to the date of each auction. Non-movable items will be <br />available for inspection prior to the Auction. City will transport any unsold City property <br />from the auction site before the end of the day on which each auction takes place. <br /> <br />2.3 Perform all necessary paperwork for the City to transfer vehicle and equipment titles <br />and provide a bill of sale for vehicles and equipment that do not have titles. <br /> <br />2.4 Collect City's sales receipts at the auction site. <br /> <br />2.5 Designate the City Purchasing Manager as the City's representative. The City <br />representative will be present at the auction site at all times during the auction. <br /> <br />2.6 Acknowledge its total proceeds to the Auctioneer at the end of the day of the <br />Auction. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 3 <br />THE COUNTY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />The County will: <br /> <br />3.1 Thirty days prior to each auction, the County will provide the Auctioneer with a <br />preliminary list of items to be sold prior to the commencement of advertising by the <br />Auctioneer. A more detailed listing of items will be provided by the County at least two <br />days prior to the auction. The County reserves the right to add or delete items for sale for <br />any reason until the time of the actual sale. <br /> <br />3.2 Be responsible for transporting all movable County property to the auction site <br />beginning one to two days prior to the date of each auction.
