<br />LEBG - Certifications <br /> <br />https://grants.ojp.usdoj.go\':S004/gms_us...?p_award_ no=2000- LB-BX-2860&p _~, :;e=Part2 <br /> <br />Certification - San Marcos City <br /> <br />You must click on the box underneath each condition AND click on the Accept button at the bottom of <br />the screen. <br /> <br />As required by Executive Order 12549, Debarment and Suspension, and implemented at 28 CFR Part 67, for <br />prospecataive participants in primary covered transactions, as defined at 28 CFR Part 67, Section 67.510- <br />1. (a) Are not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, sentenced to a <br />denial of Federal benefits by a State or Federal court, or voluntarily excluded from covered transactions by <br />any Federal department or agency; <br />[!] <br /> <br />2. (b) Have not within a three-year period preceding this application been convicted of or had a civil judgment <br />rendered against them for commission of fraud or a criminal offense in connection with, attempting to obtain, <br />or performing a public (Federal, State, or local) transaction or contract under a public transaction; violation of <br />Federal or State antitrust statutes or commission of embezzlement, theft, forgery, bribery, falsification or <br />destruction of records. making false statements, or receiving stolen property; <br />[!] <br /> <br />3. (c) Are not presently i1dicted for or otherwise criminally or civilly charged by a governmental entity (Federal, <br />State, or local) with commission of any of the offenses enumerated in paragraph (1 )(b) of this certification; <br />and <br />[!] <br /> <br />4. (d) Have not within a Ihree-year period preceding this application had one or more publiC transactions <br />(Federal, State, or local) terminated for cause or default; and <br />[!] <br /> <br />5. (e) This certification is required by the regulations implementing Executive Order 12549, Debannent and <br />Suspension, 28 CFR Part 67.510, Participants' responsibilities. The regulations were published as Part VII of <br />the May 26,1988 Federal Register (pages 19160-19211). (1) The prospective lower tier participant certifies, <br />by submission of this proposal, that neither it nor its principals are presently debarred, suspended, proposed <br />for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any Federal <br />department or agency_ (2) Where the prospective lower tier participant is unable to certify to any of the <br />statements in this certification, such prospecrive participant shall attach an explanation to this proposal. <br />[!] <br /> <br />B.
