<br />software" <br /> <br />make it flU count <br /> <br />MAXIMO Upgrade Factory SOW for City of San Marcos, Tx <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1.0 <br /> <br />STATEMENT OF WORK <br /> <br />This Statement of Work defines the scope of work to be accomplished by MRO Software, Inc. (herein called <br />MROI) under the terms and conditions of this agreement. The tasks to be performed by MROI are defined and <br />an estimated timeframe is provided. In addition, the responsibilities of the City of San Marcos are listed <br /> <br />Changes to this Statement of Work will be processed in accordance with the procedure described in section 1 8, <br />"Change Control Procedure." The investigation and the implementation of changes may result in modifications <br />to the Estimated Schedule, Charges, or other terms of this Statement of Work. <br /> <br />The following are incorporated in and made part of this Statement of Work: <br /> <br />· Appendix A Sample Project Change Request <br />· Appendix B . Estimated Schedule <br />· Appendix C . Knowledge Transfer Checklist <br />· Appendix 0 . Print out of Customer On-line Questionnaire <br /> <br />1.1 PROJECT SCOPE <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1.1.1 Objective <br />The objective of this engagement is to successfully upgrade City of San Marcos from MAXIMO 4 1 1 to <br />MAXIMO 5.2 <br /> <br />1.1.2 Detailed Requirements and Technical Approach <br /> <br />The scope of the assignment and the specification for the MAXIMO 5.2 system is defined by City of San Marcos <br />complete and accurate response to the standardized MAXIMO upgrade questionnaire, and by MRO Software's <br />evaluation of City of San Marcos existing MAXIMO 4.1 1 environment. <br /> <br />After the MAXIMO 5.2 system is built at the Upgrade Factory, City of San Marcos will have remote Internet <br />access to the upgraded system to perform qualification and acceptance testing of their unique system Once the <br />newly upgraded MAXIMO 5.2 system is formally accepted, MRO Software consultants will install the system at <br />City of San Marcos work location <br /> <br />The Upgrade Factory Program includes the following phases. <br /> <br />A. Kickoff Meeting - Review of this Statement of Work by representatives of City of San Marcos the MRO <br />Business Solutions Manager and representatives of the MRO Upgrade Factory to ensure mutual <br />understanding and agreement with the objectives and approach The review meeting will be carried out <br />via telephone conference call. <br /> <br />B. System Upgrade at MROI Upgrade Factory - In order to ensure success during this phase, MROI <br />requests that City of San Marcos supply technical contact information for two technical contacts. <br />Customer contact information should include at least one (1) Primary Contact and one (1) Secondary <br />Contact. Contacts should be available during normal working hours 8.00 am - 5:00 pm EST Monday- <br />Friday. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />C. Hardware Assessment and Recommendations - This process includes an assessment of City of San <br />Marcos existing hardware infrastructure. Hardware recommendations are made with minimum <br />requirements established to support the MAXIMO 5 2 system. MROI and City of San Marcos agree <br />upon relevant hardware acquisition schedules, which are factored into the overall Upgrade Factory <br /> <br />5 <br />
