On October 26, 2004, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of San <br />Marcos held a public hearing regarding a request to assign initial zoning of "ZL" Zero <br />Lot Line Dwelling District (Low Density) for seven tracts of land totaling 231.485 acres, <br />"P" Public and Institutional Disll'ict for five tracts of land totalirlg 37.905 acres, "LB" <br />Limited Business District on two tracts of land totaling 7.010 acres, and "R-l" Single- <br />Family Dwelling District (Low Density) on six tracts of land totaling 194.37 acres, all <br />located within the proposed Blanco Vista Subdivision near the intersection of Post Road <br />and Old Stagecoach Road. <br /> <br />2. Subsequent to the public hearing on that date, the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission did, on October 26, 2004, consider and vote to approve the request, and has <br />recommended that the request be approved by the City Council of the City. <br /> <br />3. The City Council held a public hearing on the 6th <br />December ,2004, regarding the request. <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />4. All requiremellts of Chapter 114, Zoning, of the San Marcos City Code <br />pertaining to zoning map amendments have been met. <br /> <br />5.
