SECTION 1. The Official Zoning Map of the City, as described in Section 114.029 of the San Marcos City Code, is amended to assign initial zoning of "ZL" Zero Lot Line Dwelling District (Low Density) to the following seven tracts of property totaling 231.485 acres, more or less: I Street address: Near the intersection of Post Road and Old Stagecoach Road Legal Descriptions: , Parcell: A 76.076 acre, more or less, tract of property described by metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit A-I Parcel 2: A 31.948 acre, more or less, tract of property described by metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit A-2 Parcel 3: A 50.692 acre, more or less, tract of property described by metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit A-3 Parcel 4: A 19.441 acre, more or less, tract of property described by metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit A-4 Parcel 5: A 5.839 acre, more or less, tract of property described by metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit A-5 I Parcel 6: A 24.598 acre, more or less, tract of property described by metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit A-6 Parcel 7: A 22.891 acre, more or less, tract of property described by metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit A -7.
