Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the regular meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Daniel Guerrero at 5:31 p.m. on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 in the Council <br />Chambers of the City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />Executive Session <br />Under the authority of Texas Government Code, Section 551.071, Consultation with Attorney to <br />receive Legal advice regarding Public Hearing Item #22, Casey Development Project and Non - <br />Consent Agenda Item #24 in regards to a Memo of Understanding between the City of San <br />Marcos and Casey Development. <br />The Executive Session adjourned at 6:29 p.m. on Wednesday December 14, 2011. <br />
