E) Prepare field changes and scope changes paper work along with any updates <br />required by SECO to the original assessment report as a result of any approved <br />changes; and <br />F) Assist with SECO project closeout requirements. <br />2. Track schedules and budgets on a per ECRM basis. <br />3. Provide input to City staff regarding issues during the construction phase as necessary. <br />4. Provide monthly progress updates to the City as necessary. <br />5. Input quarterly utility data into Energy STAR Portfolio Manager hosted by the <br />EPA /DOE. <br />6. Train assigned City staff in the Energy STAR portfolio manager software. <br />7. Attend five (5) special meetings. <br />8. Track reimbursable expenses associated with the production of construction documents <br />for distribution to contractors and other record documents as required by the City's <br />project manager. <br />9. Provide input in the development of a City specific Energy Management Plan as <br />requested. <br />II. CITY RESPONSIBILITY <br />1. The City will acquire underground utility locating services if required. <br />III. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: <br />The following are not included in the basic scope of services but may be completed as additional <br />services. Additional services will be in accordance with Texas Energy Engineering Services, <br />Inc. standard hourly rate schedule for the project. <br />1. Systems Commissioning. <br />2. Work required beyond agreed upon project completion date. <br />3. _Invasive investigation. <br />4. Study and design for projects not included in the scope of work. <br />FEE & PAYMENT CONDITIONS: <br />The City will pay the Consultant a fixed fee of $172,250.00 for its satisfactory performance of <br />Task A on a fixed fee basis for the scope of work outlined in the proposal on a percentage <br />complete basis per service. (reference LoanSTAR report provided by the Consultant). <br />TASK A: <br />Schematic Phase <br />15% of total fee <br />$25,837.50 <br />Design Development Phase <br />25% of total fee <br />$43,062.50 <br />Final Design Documents <br />30% of total fee <br />$51,675.00 <br />Bid Phase <br />5% of total fee <br />$8,612.50 <br />Construction Phase <br />25% of total fee <br />$43,062.50 <br />Total Task A ( *): <br />100% of total fee <br />$172,250.00 <br />7 <br />
