<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1.7.1 Provide the City with shop drawings and other submittals identifying the equipment to be <br />installed and the services to be performed for City review and approval in conformance with <br />Specification 11065, Part 1.03-Submittals of Attachment A <br /> <br />1.7.2 Deliver to the City all of the Equipment necessary to treat odors at the WWTP m <br />conformance with Attachment A including but not limited to the following: <br /> <br />a) Reactors - Corrosion resistant HDPE vessels twelve feet in diameter and thirty six feet in <br />height, muIti-stage muIti-Iayer in design and shipped with the synthetic media <br />preinstalled. <br />b) Standard Electrical Control Panel - 316 Stainless Steel NEMA 4X Control Panel <br />including PLC to monitor and control operation of the system, mounted by others at a site <br />convenient to the reactors with connection to an electrical supply by others. <br />Communication capability to plant SCADA is included via Ethernet. <br />c) Modicom Quantum PLC - with Ethernet communication capability to the plant SCADA <br />d) Standard Water Panels (one for each reactor) - 316 Stainless Steel control panel housing <br />components necessary for irrigation of the media, mounted at a site convenient to each <br />reactor and connected to water by others. <br />e) Recirculation Kit - Corrosion resistant HDPE kit with recirculation pump. <br />f) Fans - as per Specification 11330 with VFD included. <br />g) Fiberglass Ductwork and Dampers - as per Specification 15892 and 15910. <br />h) HV AC Testing and Balancing - as per Specification 15950. <br />i) Electrical General Provisions - as per Specification 16010. <br />j) Manufacturers Services, Start Up and Testing - provided per Specification Section <br />11065. <br /> <br />1.7.3 Deliver to the City and install all of the Equipment necessary to treat odors at remote <br />locations in the collection system in conformance with Attachment A including but not limited to <br />the following: <br /> <br />a) Zero Chemâ„¢ Reactors - Corrosion resistant HDPE vessels eight feet in diameter and <br />varying in height, single stage multi layer in design and shipped with the synthetic media <br />preinstalled. <br />b) Standard Electrical Control Panel - 316 Stainless Steel NEMA 4X Control Panel <br />including PLC to monitor and control operation of the system, mounted by others at a site <br />convenient to the reactors with connection to an electrical supply by others. <br />Communication capability to plant SCADA is included via Ethernet. <br />c) Modicom Quantum PLC - with Ethernet communication capability to the plant SCADA <br />d) Standard Water Panels (one for each reactor) - 316 Stainless Steel control panel housing <br />components necessary for irrigation of the media, mounted at a site convenient to each <br />reactor and connected to water by others. <br />e) Nutrient Feed System - Nutrient dosing equipment for each system. <br />f) Recirculation Tank - Corrosion resistant HDPE tank for each reactor start up. <br />g) Fans - as per Specification 11330 with VFD included. <br />h) Fiberglass Ductwork and Dampers - as per Specification 15892 and 15910. <br />i) HV AC Testing and Balancing - as per Specification 15950. <br /> <br />5 <br />
