<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />j) Electrical General Provisions - as per Specification 16010. <br />k) Manufacturers Services, Start Up and Testing - provided per Specification Section <br />11065. <br /> <br />1.7.4 Install and place into service all of the previously delivered Equipment as listed in <br />Sections 1.7.2 and 1.7.3. The Contractor will inspect each Project site with the City's <br />representative(s) for conformance with Project submittals. The Contractor will also correct <br />deficient items as identified by the City on a punch list developed by the City with assistance <br />from the Contractor. <br /> <br />1.7.5 Deliver to the City all as-built drawings (revisions of the submittals showing changes <br />from the original design during installation) and operation and maintenance manuals for the <br />Project, if any. In addition, the Contractor will provide training for all necessary staff for the <br />duration of the Project. <br /> <br />1.7.6 Deliver to the City an initial supply of consumables as specified in Specification 11065, <br />Part 1.06 of Attachment A including a one year supply of any required nutrients. <br /> <br />1.8 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />1. 8.1 Since the Contractor's compensation is a fixed fee for Basic Services, including minor <br />deviations from those described in this Agreement, compensation to the Contractor for additional <br />services will only be for substantial deviations from the scope of services described in this <br />Agreement. In the event that the Contractor's additional services become necessary, the <br />Contractor will submit a written estimate of fees based on negotiations of the services and fees <br />with the City. Both parties agree that the Contractor, as Basic Services and not as additional <br />services, will provide to the City a turnkey Project free of errors and defects in workmanship, <br />and finally approved and accepted by the City. The Contractor will obtain the City's <br />authorization before initiating any additional services. <br /> <br />1.8.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by the <br />Contractor must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form <br />attached to this Agreement as Attachment C. Compensation for additional services will be in <br />addition to that specified for Basic Services in accordance with Section 12.2 of this Agreement. <br />The approval of the City's governing body is necessary for all additional servIces the <br />compensation for which exceeds $25,000. <br /> <br />1.8.3 Additional remote units may be purchased by the City within one year of this Agreement <br />at the rate of $90,312.75 for 1000 cfrn units and $68,774.75 for 500 cfrn units. Additional units <br />may be purchased by the City within two years of this Agreement at the original price as <br />adjusted by the Consumer Price Index. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 2 <br />THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />The City will: <br /> <br />6 <br />
