<br />83. <br /> <br /> <br />Application Procedures <br />plicants for any of the incentive programs must file an application on the form provided by the city prior to the <br />mmencement of construction, alteration, or installation of improvements related to the proposed development or <br />development. Staff will review all applications for completeness and accuracy and secure comments from appropriate <br />partments. The applications, review comments, and staff recommendations for city-wide incentives will be forwarded to <br />Council for their consideration. Council will determine what, if any, incentives are appropriate and adopt a Resolution <br />approving the terms and conditions of a development incentive agreement. <br /> <br />Applications for Neighborhood Enhancement Program incentives will be reviewed by staff for completeness and accuracy. <br />If the application satisfactorily meets all requirements, staff will approve the application. Once the sale is completed, <br />rebates will be issued for approved projects that fully comply with program regulations. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />
