<br />1 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Standard 1: The Board will submit a copy of the targeted industries list and an analysis <br />describing economic development activities associated with the targeted industries list. <br /> <br />Standard 2: The Board will submit an outline of the number of requests for proposals or <br />information packets received in the previous year, the date the request was made and the date <br />the packet or proposal was sent out. <br /> <br />Standard 3. The Board wIll submit an outline of: the date of the annual meeting with the <br />Board of Realtors, an attendance form, a list of subjects discussed and a list of opportunities <br />and obstacles identified at the meeting. <br /> <br />Standard 4: The Board will submit a copy ofthe front page and each page of the website that <br />it maintains. The Minority Economic and Tourism Development Board will also produce an <br />analysis of the hits the web site received. <br /> <br />Standard 5: The Board will submit an outline that lists: prospect meetings involving the <br />Mayor, and/or Council members, and/or the City Manager that occurred the previous year. <br />The report should mclude dates of meetings and who was in attendance. <br /> <br />Standard 6: The Board will submit a copy of the ad placed in a major publication. <br /> <br />Goal3: Facilitate government agency support for primary employers <br /> <br />Standard 1: The Board will submit an outline of the dates the Hispanic Chamber <br />representative attended city's development process meeting. <br /> <br />Standard 2: The Board will submit an outline of the dates when the MED updated the <br />Council on potential new developments or businesses. <br /> <br />Standard 3: The Board will submit the packet of incentives made available to prospects. <br />The packet should be the same packet that the MED uses for prospects. <br /> <br />Standard 4: The Board will submit an outline of all interfaces with State and Federal <br />agencies for the previous year. <br /> <br />Standard 5: The Board will submit a proposed budget next year in which the maximum ratio <br />of City funding to personnel expenses for economic development is 40%. <br /> <br />3. OBLlGA nONS OF THE CITY <br /> <br />A. The City shall pay to the Chamber the sum of $61 ,035.00 in installments of $30,517.50 <br />each on November 22,2004 and on April 29, 2005. <br />B.
