Jerry Parker signed <br />up to speak during Citizen Comment Period and then requested to speak by <br />the Agenda Item. <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced the Staff Report. 1) Mr. O'Leary stated the City <br />received FONSI for the Wonder World Drive project. 2) Mr. O'Leary stated <br />the Village closed on the property between McCarty and Wonder World Drive. <br />3) Mr. O'Leary stated Bishop Street is open. 4) Mr. O'Leary stated this <br />IIhas been the third wettest November in the history of San Marcos. <br />
