S. Combs Addition at 509 Valley Street, on consensus. The Council removed Items 23 and 26, adoption of Resolutions, to be considered separately. Mr. Thomaides moved for approval of minutes of the Special Meeting held November 8, 2004, Regular Meeting held November 8, 2004, and Special Meeting held November 15, 2004, approval of two Ordinances on second reading, adoption of six Ordinances on third and final reading, adoption of the remaining three Resolutions, approval of Change Order No. 2 to Rio Vista Swimming Pool Renovation, Phase 1, in the amount of $96,947.00 for the addition of the water spray playground, approval of Quarterly Report for quarter ending September 30, 2004, and approval to request bids for the sale of City-owned property located at Lot 3A, D.
