<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />to the City Engineer for review and the GRANTOR agrees to provide approval <br /> <br />within thirty (30) days of the date the documents are received. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />GRANTEE agrees as a part of the consideration herein, to install at <br /> <br />GRANTEE'S expense, a sealed flange or other device to allow GRANTOR <br /> <br />access to treated water on an emergency or long term use for public <br /> <br />consumption. GRANTOR agrees to pay the cost of any future connections to <br /> <br />GRANTEE'S lines and to pay connection fees and water usage fees consistent <br /> <br />with charges to other from GRANTEE'S water delivery system; said use will be <br /> <br />subject to the availability of water from GRANTEE. <br /> <br />12, To the extent applicable by law, GBRA and its successors and assigns shall <br /> <br />indemnify, defend and hold GRANTOR and its successors and assigns from and <br /> <br />against all claims, liability, suits, actions, costs and expenses of whatsoever <br /> <br />nature (including reasonable attorneys fees) for injuries to persons or damage to <br /> <br />property caused by the exercise of rights hereunder by GBRA or its employees, <br /> <br />agents or contractors, or the failure to comply at all time with all applicable <br /> <br />federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and safety standards in <br /> <br />connection with constructing, using, operating, maintaining and/or servicing <br /> <br />facilities within the PROPERTY. <br /> <br />13.
