<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Sector One <br /> <br />Chapter 2 - Today <br /> <br />Existing Zoning <br /> <br />"Existing Zoning" reflects the current legal designation applied to the property that <br />defines the type of development allowed on the property (not necessarily how it is <br />currently being used). <br /> <br />The City of San Marcos Planning and Development Services Department completed a <br />zoning district analysis of Sector One based on the current zoning of properties as of <br />January 2004.
