The total estimated fee is <br />$43,400. These fees include PBS&J's labor and expenses for each task and subconsultant services, <br />attached. We propose to provide the Scope of Work outlined above using the rates shown in Table 1. <br /> <br />PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> <br />PBS&J is prepared to begin work immediately. The proposed letter report on site constraints (Task 2) <br />will be submitted within one (l) month of receiving our executed contract from the City.
