Mayor Habingreither called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Habingreither lead the Pledge of Allegiance. Mayor Habingreither introduced the Citizen Comment period. 1) John Thomaides stated he wished to speak regarding the Hills of Hays Subdivision. He stated he is concerned about single-family zoning violations occurring in ~his neighborhood. He stated this neighborhood becomes unsafe when alcohol Iets involved. He feels there needs to be additional Code enforcement )ersonnel. 2) Tom Roach stated he wished to speak on three issues, Item #7 * Mr. Taylor was present at 9:00 p.m. and left at 9:45 p.m. * Mr. Montoya left the meeting at 10:00 p.m.
