Tietjen (hereon called Tiet,jen Tract C) in December of 1~58 by deed and 'recorded in Volume 176, Page 56 et seq, Hays County Deed Records, sllld 0,3339 acres being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at V:z" iron rod set in the northwcst right-of-way of M. L. K. Boulevard for the south corner of the said Tietjen Tract D as described in Volume 186, Page 66 et seq, Hays County Deed Records, the east corner of the said Tietjen Tract C and for the east corner of the herein descl'ibed tract, from which for reference a cotton gin spindle set at the intersection orthe southwest right-of-way of Nance Street and the northwest right-of-way of M. L. K. Boulevard bears N 450 00' 00" W, a distance of 82.00 feet; THENCE S 450 00' 00" W, following the M, L, K. right-of-way, a distance of 83.33 fcet to a Y." iron rod set on the northeast edge of an alley as referenced in the said Brown to Tietjen conveyance for the south cornel' of the said Tietjen Tnlct C and the south cornel' of the herein described tract; THENCE N 450 00' 00" W, leaving [he right-of-way and following the alley, a distance of 174.53 feet to a Yz" iron rod set 011 the southeast line of the Elliot Tract as described in Volume 1737, Page 354 et seq, Official Public Recol'ds Hays County for the west corner of the said Tietjen Tract C and the west corncr of the hel'ein described tract; THENCE N 450 00' 00" W, leaving the alley, a distance of 83.88 feet to a Y." iron rod set on the southwest line of the said Tietjeu Tract A for the north corner of the herein dcscribed tract, the north corner of the said Tietjen TI.act C and for the east cornel' of the said Elliot Tract; I THENCE S 450 00' 00" E, at 14.53 feet passing the south corner of said Tietjen Tract A and at 84.53 feet passing the south comer of the said Tietjen Tract B, in all a total distance of 174.53 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 0.3339 acres, This is to certify that this description of land represents an actual survey made on the ground under my supervision in September and Octo bel' of 2003.
