<br />(11) Residential one-way alleys shall have a public access easement width of at least <br />16 feet and a pavement width of at least 15 feet. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(5) Local streets serving commercial or industrial property shall ha','e a right of way <br />width of at least 60 feet, a pa'lement width of at least 36 feet and shall be built to <br />commercial or industrial standards. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. The City Director of Environment and Engineering, Laurie Anderson, is <br />directed to make revisions to the City's Manual for Design and Construction, approved by the <br />City Council on October 26,1987, to conform to the amendments in this ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or paragraph of this ordinance is <br />held to be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of <br />this ordinance will continue in force if they can be given effect without the invalid portion. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. All ordinances and resolution or parts of ordinances or resolutions in <br />conflict with this ordinance are repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 10. Any person violating any prOVISIOn of this ordinance commits a <br />misdemeanor and is subject to the penalty provided in Section 1.015 of the San Marcos City <br />Code upon conviction. <br /> <br />SECTION 11.
