This information will not be required <br />on the final plat. <br /> <br />(14) As a supplement to the blueline copies, three blueline copies submitted with <br />locations and sizes of proposed utilities indicated. <br /> <br />(15) A number or letter to identify each lot or site and each block. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. Section 110.082 (m) of the City Code is amended as follows (underlining <br />indicates added language and overstrike indicates deleted language): <br /> <br />(m) Pavement widths and rights-o.fway widths. Pavement v/idths and rights-of-way <br />widths shall be as follows: <br /> <br />(1) Freeways shall have a right-of-way width of at least 150 feet, with a pavement <br />width of at least 49 feet per direction and a median width of at least 23 feet. <br /> <br />(2) Parkways shall have a right-of-way width of at least 140 feet. with a pavement <br />width of at least 39 feet per direction and a median width of at least 23 feet. <br /> <br />(3) Maior A~rterial streets shall have a right-of-way width of at least 100 .w feet with <br />a pavement width of at least 63 6Q feet. <br /> <br />(12) Minor arterial streets shall have a right-of-way width of at least 85 1{) feet and a <br />pavement width of at least Q.l 44 feet. <br /> <br />(~ ~) Industrial Collector streets shall have a right-of-way width of at least 70 6Q feet <br />and a pavement width of at least 49 ~ feet. <br /> <br />(6) Commercial/multifamily collector streets shall have a right-of-way width of at <br />least 76 feet and a pavement width of at least 51 feet. <br /> <br />(7) Neighborhood collector streets shall have a right-of-way width of at least 60 feet <br />and a pavement width of at least 37 feet. <br /> <br />(~ 4) Residential streets shall have a right-of-way width of at least 52 .w feet and a <br />pavement width of at least 33 W feet. <br /> <br />(9) Non-residential alleys shall have a public access easement width of at least 20 feet <br />and a pavement width of at least 20 feet. <br /> <br />(10) Residential two-way alleys shall have a public access easement width of at least <br />20 feet and a pavement width of at least 20 feet. <br /> <br />7 <br />
