<br />subdivision and the plat represents an additional installment or increment of the original <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(4) Names of contiguous subdivisions and the owners of contiguous parcels of <br />unsubdivided land and an indication of whether or not contiguous properties are platted. <br /> <br />(5) The locations of contiguous lots, blocks, streets, easements, rights-of-way, <br />parks and public facilities. <br /> <br />(6) Primary control points or descriptions and ties to the control points to which <br />all dimensions, angles, bearings, block numbers and similar data shall be referenced. <br /> <br />(7) Subdivision boundary lines, indicated by heavy lines, and the computed <br />acreage of the subdivision. <br /> <br />(8) Existing sites as follows: <br /> <br />a. The location, dimensions, name and description of all existing or recorded <br />streets, alleys, reservations, easements or public rights-of-way within the <br />subdivision, intersecting or contiguous with its boundaries or forming the <br />boundaries. <br /> <br />b. The location, dimensions, description and name of all existing or recorded I <br />residential lots, parks, public areas and significant sites within or contiguous with <br />the subdivision. <br /> <br />c. The location, dimensions, description and flow line of existing <br />watercourses within the subdivision or on contiguous tracts. <br /> <br />(9) The location, dimensions, description and name of all proposed streets, alleys, <br />parks, public areas, reservations, easements or rights-of-way, blocks, lots and <br />watercourses. <br /> <br />(10) Date of preparation, scale of plat and north arrow. <br /> <br />(11) Topographical information including contours on the basis of five vertical <br />feet in terrain with a slope of two per cent or more and on a basis of one vertical foot in <br />terrain of less than two per cent. <br /> <br />(12) Location of city limits line, the outer border of the city's extraterritorial <br />jurisdiction and zoning district boundaries, if they traverse the subdivision, form part of <br />the boundary ofthe subdivision or are contiguous to the boundary. This shall be drawn on <br />all blue line copies submitted to the city and will not be required on the final plat. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />6 <br />
