<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(1) Names and addresses of the subdividers, record owner, engmeer and/or <br />surveyor; <br /> <br />(2) Proposed name of the subdivision; <br /> <br />(3) Location in relation to the rest of the city and boundaries of the proposed <br />subdivision; <br /> <br />(4) A schematic layout of the entire tract and its relationship to adjacent property <br />and existing adjoining development and the successive order of development of the tract; <br /> <br />(5) Proposed major categories of land use and proposed zoning; <br /> <br />(6) Number of dwelling units and population densities; <br /> <br />(7) Layout of all proposed streets Arterial, collector and local street layout; <br /> <br />(8) Location of sites for parks, schools and public uses as shown in the master <br />plan where applicable; <br /> <br />(9) Significant natural features, including floodplains and wooded areas; and <br /> <br />(10) Significant mallillade features, including railroads, buildings, utilities or <br />physical features. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. Section 11O.044(c) of the City Code is amended as follows (underlining <br />indicates added language and overstrike indicates deleted language): <br /> <br />(c) Form and content. The preliminary plat shall be drawn on vellum or Mylar sheets 18 <br />inches wide and 24 inches long, with a binding margin of not less than 1 1/2 inches on <br />the left side of the sheet and margins on the other three sides of not less than three-fourths <br />inch. The plat shall be drawn to a scale of no smaller than 100 feet to one inch. When <br />more than one sheet is necessary to accommodate the entire area, an index sheet showing <br />the entire subdivision at an appropriate scale shall be attached to the plat. The plat shall <br />show the following: <br /> <br />(1) Vicinity sketch showing the location of the subdivision in relation to adjacent <br />freeways. parkways, and streets arterials or collectors, with sufficient information to <br />locate the subdivision in relation to the rest of the city. <br /> <br />(2) Names and addresses of the subdivider, record title owner, engineer and/or <br />surveyor. <br /> <br />(3) Proposed name of the subdivision, which shall not have the same spelling as <br />or be pronounced similarly to the name of any other subdivision located within the city or <br />within five miles of the city, unless the subdivision is contiguous to a recorded <br /> <br />5 <br />
