32 RESOLUTION NO. 1982-lR A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERl'1.S AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT OF LEASE WITH GT+3 FLIGHT OPERATIONS, INC., FOR REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE SAID LEASE AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on September 8, 1980, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, approved the terms and conditions of a lease of real property located at the San Marcos Municipal Air- port, said lease being wi th GT+3 Fligh t Operations, Inc., for the purpose of conducting a fixed base operation at said Airport; and, WHEREAS, GT+3 Flight Operations, Inc., has a present need for a parking area; and, WHEREAS, the San Marcos Airport Commission has recommended that the City of San Marcos lease a tract of land at said Air- port adjacent to the demised premises of the lease of September 8, 1980, to GT+3 Flight Operations, Inc., for said parking pur- poses; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of said City hereby finds and determines that said lease should be granted; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY 'I'HE CITY COUNCIl;; OF THE CITY OE SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. That the Agreement of Lease between the City of San Marcos, Texas, and GT+3 Flight Operations, Inc., for a tract of land at San Marcos Municipal Airport, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and pur- poses, be, and the same is hereby, approved in all respects. PART 2. That the Mayor of the City of San Marcos, Texas~ Emmie Craddock, be, and she is hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement of Lease on behalf of said City. PART 3.
