<br />33 <br /> <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS <br /> <br />AGREEMENT OF LEASE <br /> <br />COUNTY OF CALDWELL <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />This Agreement of Lease, made and entered into this the <br />25th day of January , A.D., 1982 , by and between the City <br />of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation existing by and <br />under the laws of the State of Texas, acting through authority con- <br />ferred on its Mayor, Emmie Craddock, by Resolution duly adopted on <br />January 25, 1982 , hereinafter "Lessor" and GT+3 Flight Operations <br />Inc., acting through its President, Millard E. Thornton , herein- <br />after "Lessee", on the following terms and condi tions: <br /> <br />WITNESSETH <br />I . <br />Lessor does by these presents Lease and Demise unto Lessee a <br />portion of the San Marcos Municipal Airport situated in Caldwell <br /> <br /> <br />County, of which City 1s owner by virtue of an indenture from the <br /> <br />United States of America dated the 14th day of February, 1966, the <br /> <br /> <br />14th day of July 1969, and the II th day of May, 1976, to which <br /> <br /> <br />reference is hereby made and by such reference, made a part thereof, <br /> <br />said portion identified on the attached Exhibit A, for use as a <br /> <br /> <br />parking area by and for persons and personal property authorized <br /> <br /> <br />to use said area by the fixed base operator at said Airport. <br /> <br />II. <br />The term of this Agreement is one (1) year, from January 25 , <br />19 82, to January 25 , 19 83. Lessor hereby covenants and agrees <br /> <br /> <br />to and with Lessee that Lessee shall have and hereby is given the <br /> <br /> <br />option to renew this lease for further one (I) year periods upon <br /> <br /> <br />the same terms and conditions as contained in this lease for the <br />
