<br />(3) At the time of the initial renovation the <br />Lions Club shall paint the exterior of <br />said portion of the recreational building <br />and the two restrooms, and, thereafter, <br />shall paint said exterior every fifth year <br />and the bathrooms every year. <br /> <br />(4) The Lions Club shall pay all lighting and <br />heating costs attributable to the leased <br />premises and shall provide tables and chairs <br />for the meeting room. <br /> <br />(5) The Lions Club shall, during the periods of <br />its exclusive control and possession, keep <br />said storage rooms, meeting room and bath- <br />rooms in a clean condition, and shall also <br />provide assistance to the City in the regular <br />cleaning of the area adjacent to the recreational <br />building, including the picnic area and parking <br />lot during the periods-of its exclusive control <br />and possession. <br /> <br />(6) The City of San Marcos shall continue to main- <br />tain those areas of City Park not specifically <br />assigned to Lions Club for maintenance. <br /> <br />(7) The Lions Club shall assi:$it the Ci ty in future <br />projects within the City's park system. <br /> <br />(8) The Lions Club shall have the option to renew <br />the lease for an additional five (5) year period. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. That the election precincts for said election <br />shall be, in all respects, the same precincts as those Hays County <br />Election Precincts which are within the incorporated city limits <br />of the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
