<br />The scope of work to be accomplished under this contract for Phase <br />IV, which without limitations, shall include the following: <br /> <br />1. The Consultant will prepare the format of presentation for the sector <br />workshops that are to be held for citizen review of the Master Plan <br />and their recommendations for change. <br /> <br />2. The Consultant will prepare the new binders and covers for the final <br />document. <br /> <br />3. The Consultant will have one joint Education Workshop with the <br />Executive Committee and the Planning and Zoning Commission to present <br />and to review the format for the sector workshops. <br /> <br />4. The Consultant will make the revisions in the format of the sector <br />workshops that were recommended as a result of the review of the <br />Master Plan Committee and Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />5. The City Staff will mail to neighborhood association representatives <br />and post in public places, notifications of the sector workshops. <br /> <br />6. The Consultant will conduct 17 scheduled sector workshops. Three <br />joint sector meetings will be held first, at which the Consultant <br />will review the planning process, the Elements of the San Marcos <br />Master Plan and the schedule for future sector workshops. Joint <br />meetings will be held with Sectors 1 and 7, 2 and 3, and 4, 5, and 6. <br />Then each sector will meet individually with the Consultant at two <br />additional meetings to make revisions and recommendations for change <br />in the elements and policies of the San Marcos Master Plan. <br /> <br />7. Simultaneously to the sector workshops, the Consultant shall meet <br />with the element liaisons to review their recommended changes in the <br />Plan elements and the policies within the Master Plan. <br /> <br />8. The Consultant will attend three meetings with the Executive Committe <br />during Phase IV to review the progress of the Sector workshops. <br /> <br />9. The City Staff shall be responsible for contacting public and private <br />agencies, and City advisory boards for their review of the Master <br />Plan and for obtaining their recommended changes in the policies <br />contained in the Plan. <br /> <br />10. The Consultant shall conduct a joint meeting with the Executive <br />Committee, Master Plan Committee and various representatives from the <br />sectors, public and private agencies and the advisory boards. At <br />this meeting, additional recommendations will be made concerning <br />changes in the Plan elements and the policies within the Master Plan. <br /> <br />11. The Consultant will take those revisions recommended by the element <br />liaisons, Executive Committee, Master Plan Committee, and <br />representatives from the sectors, public and private agencies, and <br />advisory boards, and revise the text accordingly. <br /> <br />2 <br />
