<br />12. The Consultant shall submit one copy of the text, after the reV1Slons <br />have been made, to the Master Plan Committee for their review and <br />comments. <br /> <br />13. The Consultant shall make any necessary changes that are recommended <br />by the Master Plan Committee. <br /> <br />14. The Consultant shall provide one copy of the revised text to the City <br />Staff who will make the necessary copies. The Consultant will <br />conduct a workshop with the Planning and Zoning Commission. The <br />Commission will review the changes that have resulted from the <br />previous workshops with various groups. <br /> <br />15. The Consultant will conduct a second workshop with the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission, at which Commission members will make <br />recommendations for necessary changes in the text. <br /> <br />16. The Consultant will make revisions to the text in accordance with the <br />recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission, prior to <br />presenting the revised text to the City Council. <br /> <br />17. The Consultant shall provide one copy of the revised text to the City <br />Staff who will make the necessary copies. The Consultant shall <br />conduct a workshop with the City Council. The Council will review <br />the changes that have resulted from the previous workshops with other <br />groups. <br /> <br />18. The Consultant will make a formal presentation of the recommended <br />Master Plan at the public hearing that will be conducted by the City <br />Council . <br /> <br />19. Following the adoption of the revised text and maps by the City <br />Council, the Consultant will make final revisions and prepare one <br />copy of the final text and maps for the final printing. <br /> <br />20. The Consultant will be responsible for the final printing of the <br />maps. One hundred (100) copies of each map will be printed, and then <br />submitted to the City Staff for assembly of final documents. <br /> <br />21. The Consultant shall submit to the City Staff one copy of the revised <br />final text. The City Staff will be responsible for the printing and <br />assembly of additional copies of the final text. <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />The Consultant shall present the completed document to the City <br />Council for their formal adoption of the San Marcos Master Plan. <br /> <br />v;?) <br />i~( <br />7" <br /> <br />II.
