<br />absorption, and noise, glare and heat abatement as well as the <br />preservation of the community's aesthetic qualities indicates <br />that the use of landscape elements is of benefit to the health, <br />welfare and general well being of the community and, therefore, <br />it is proper that the use of such elements be required. <br /> <br />E. Landscape installation shall be required within off-street paved <br /> <br />surface areas to regenerate oxygen and to reduce heat, glare, <br /> <br /> <br />water runoff and other conditions connected with the construction <br /> <br />of structures or paved areas within the parcel. <br /> <br />Sec. 14 1/2-2. Definitions. <br /> <br />A.
