<br />2. Purpose. It is agreed by tenant that the herein demised <br />premises shall be utilized by tenant for storing, repairing, main- <br />taining and servicing aircraft helonging to, leased to or under the <br />control of tenant. The la lord may, upon written request, allow <br />the demised premises to be used for purposes other than those pre- <br />viously stated, and if such pernlission is given, the agreement shall <br />be included as an exhibit 0 is agreement. <br /> <br />Tenant may also service aircraft owned by, leased to, or under <br />control of tenant with aviation fuel and lubricating oil, provided, <br />that all laws and airport regulations dealing with use and operation <br />of the servicing tanks a rucks are complied with. <br /> <br />3. Term. The term of is agreement shall be on a month-to- <br />month basis. Tenant shall obtain its own insurance coverage for its pro- <br />perty contained within the said building. <br /> <br />6. Assignment or Sublease.
