THENCE, with fence, the Southeast line of the said F. M. Highway No. 2439, the following courses numbered (15) and (16): (15) N. 440 45' E., at about 200 feet passing the West corner of the aforementioned Burnett 33-acre tract and continuing on, in all, 444.34 feet to a concrete monument found at the POINT OF CURVATURE of the afore- mentioned curve to the left, same being at Engineers Centerline Station 116 + 64; (16) Along the arc of the said curve to the left, passing the aforementioned overhead powerline, at about 230 feet passing the centerline of a 50 foot wide Channel Easement described in Volume 175, Page 319, Hays County Deed Records, same being the approximate cen- terline of the aforementioned willow Creek, at about 260 feet passing a second overhead power line and continuing on, in all, 392.21 feet along the arc of said curve to the left, having a radius of 1475.64 feet and a sub-chord which bears, N. 370 11' E., 391.06 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 76.52 acres of land, as surveyed March, 1982, and revised April, 1982, revised April 26, 1982, by Kelly Kilber, Registered Public Surveyor #2219, to be zoned "LI" (Light Industrial District). SECTION 2. That the importance of this Ordinance creates an emer- gency and an imperative purpose necessary that the provisions of the Charter requiring that Ordinances shall be read at three separ- ate meetings and that no Ordinance shall become effective until the expiration of ten (10) days following the date of its final passage be suspended, and these provisions are hereby suspended, and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication in a newspaper of general circulation within the City.
