<br />THENCE, with fence, the Southeast line of the said F. M. Highway No. <br />2439, the following courses numbered (15) and (16): <br />(15) N. 440 45' E., at about 200 feet passing the West <br />corner of the aforementioned Burnett 33-acre tract <br />and continuing on, in all, 444.34 feet to a concrete <br />monument found at the POINT OF CURVATURE of the afore- <br />mentioned curve to the left, same being at Engineers <br />Centerline Station 116 + 64; <br />(16) Along the arc of the said curve to the left, passing <br />the aforementioned overhead powerline, at about 230 <br />feet passing the centerline of a 50 foot wide Channel <br />Easement described in Volume 175, Page 319, Hays <br />County Deed Records, same being the approximate cen- <br />terline of the aforementioned willow Creek, at about <br />260 feet passing a second overhead power line and <br />continuing on, in all, 392.21 feet along the arc of <br />said curve to the left, having a radius of 1475.64 <br />feet and a sub-chord which bears, N. 370 11' E., <br />391.06 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing <br />76.52 acres of land, as surveyed March, 1982, and <br />revised April, 1982, revised April 26, 1982, by <br />Kelly Kilber, Registered Public Surveyor #2219, to <br />be zoned "LI" (Light Industrial District). <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That the importance of this Ordinance creates an emer- <br />gency and an imperative purpose necessary that the provisions of <br />the Charter requiring that Ordinances shall be read at three separ- <br />ate meetings and that no Ordinance shall become effective until the <br />expiration of ten (10) days following the date of its final passage <br />be suspended, and these provisions are hereby suspended, and this <br />Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from <br />and after its adoption and publication in a newspaper of general <br />circulation within the City. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of July, 1982. <br /> <br /> <br />Emmie Craddock <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />Janis K.
