<br />Railroad, for the East corner of the tract here de-
<br />scribed, same being the East corner of the said
<br />Burnett 33-acre tract, and being East corner of
<br />the said William Williams 81-acre tract, the
<br />South corner of the said Robert Williams tract;

<br />THENCE, leaving the said Robert Williams tract, with the Northwest
<br />line of the said Missouri Pacific Railroad, the Southeast line of
<br />the said William Williams 81-acre tract, the Southeast line of the
<br />said Existing 20 foot Southwestern Bell Telephone Easement, S. 470
<br />15' W., at about 662.6 feet passing the South corner of the said
<br />Burnett 33-acre tract, and continuing on, in all, 1660.89 feet to
<br />an iron stake found at the South corner of the said William Williams
<br />81-acre tract, for the South corner of the tract herein described,
<br />same being the East corner of that 78.23 acre tract conveyed to Na-
<br />tional Supply Company by Ed Longcope by Deed dated July 31, 1981,
<br />and recorded in Volume 362, Page 30, Hays County Deed Records;
<br />
<br />THENCE, leaving the said Missouri Pacific Railroad, with fence, the
<br />Southwest line of the said William Williams 81-acre tract, the North-
<br />east line of the said National Supply Company 78.23 acre tract, the
<br />following courses numbered (12) through (14):
<br />(12) N. 460 22' W., at 20 feet passing the aforementioned
<br />Northwest line of the said Existing 20 foot Southwestern
<br />Bell Telephone Easement, at 30 feet passing a wooden
<br />hub found on the centerline of the aforementioned Pro-
<br />posed Public utility Easement and continuing on, in
<br />all, 443.67 feet to a fence post;
<br />(13) N. 450 33' W., 620.78 feet to a fence post;
<br />(14) N. 450 17' W., 739.26 feet to an iron stake found under
<br />fence at the South corner of that 2.33 acre tract of
<br />land conveyed to Cary N. Whitten by Mellie B. Williams
<br />by Deed dated January 16, 1978, and recorded in Volume
<br />305, Page 421, Hays County Deed Records, for the West
<br />corner of the tract herein described;
<br />
<br />THENCE, leaving fence, the said National Supply Company 78.23 acre
<br />tract, with the Southeast line of the said Whitten 2.33 acre tract,
<br />N. 450 55' E., 332.21 feet to an iron stake found at the East corner
<br />of the said Whitten 2.33 acre tract, same being the South corner of
<br />that 2.46 acre tract of land conveyed to Cathy Burnett Wootan by
<br />Mellie B. Williams by Deed dated February 1, 1978, and recorded in
<br />Volume 305, Page 885, Hays County Deed Records;
<br />
<br />THENCE, leaving the said Whitten 2.33 acre tract, with the Southeast
<br />line of the said Wootan 2.46 acre tract, N. 460 04' E., 330.31 feet
<br />to an iron stake found at the East corner of the said Wootan 2.46
<br />acre tract for a re-entrant corner of the tract herein described;
<br />
<br />THENCE, at the Northeast line of the said Wootan 2.46 acre tract,
<br />N. 480 29' W., 85.50 feet to an iron stake set;
<br />
<br />THENCE, leaving the said Wootan 2.46 acre tract, N. 440 41' E., at
<br />about 180 feet passing a wire fence, and continuing on, in all,
<br />181.76 feet to an iron stake set at a re-entrant corner of the tract
<br />herein described;
<br />
<br />THENCE, N. 510 26' W., at about 30 feet passing a corner fence post,
<br />at 230 feet passing a 10" Hackberry tree and continuing on, in all,
<br />246.58 feet to an iron stake set on the Southeast line of aforemen-
<br />tioned F. M. Highway No. 2439, for the Northwest corner of the tract
<br />herein described;
