THE STATE OF TEXAS WARRANTY DEED THE COUNTY OF HAYS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the City of San Marcos, Texas a municipal corporation of Hays County, existing by and under authority of the State of Texas, acting through its Mayor, Emmie Craddock, duly au- thorized by ordinance enacted on July 26, 1982, hereinafter called "Grantor", for and in consideration of the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), in hand paid by the Antioch Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ, 401 Centre Street, San Marcos Hays County, Texas, 78666, hereinafter called "Grantee", the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has GRAN~ED, SOLD AND CONVEYED, and by these presents does GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY, to Grantee all the following described property, to-wit: A part of Lot No. Four (4) in Block No. Nine (9) of the D.S. Combs Addition to the City of San Marcos, Texas, Hays County, according to the plat thereof recorded in Vol. 42, page 332, Hays County Deed Records, which said portion of said lot is more accurately described by metes and bounds as follows, to-wit: BEGINNING, at a point on the northeast line of a street called Shady Lane, south 480 I' east 41.67 feet from the south corner of Lot No. Three (3) in Block No. Six (6) of said addition, said point being also north 480 I' west 344 feet from the south corner of Block No. Nine (9) of said addition; THENCE, south 480 I' east with the northeast line of said Shady Land 115 feet to an iron stake for corner; THENCE, north 450 east 44.7 feet to iron stake for corner; THENCE, north 510 59' west 115.88 feet to stake on southeast line of a public street; THENCE, with the southeast line of said public street south 450 west 36.7 feet to an iron stake, THE PLACE OF BEGINNING. TO HAVE AND HOLD the above-described premises, together
