<br />SECTION 2. That the consideration of One Thousand Dollars <br />($1,000.00) for said property be, and the same is hereby, <br />approved. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. That the purchaser is hereby placed on notice <br />that the subject property is subject to assessment under the <br />provisions of Article 1105b, Texas Revised Civil Statutes. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. That the mayor of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br />Emmie Craddock be, and she is hereby, authorized to execute a <br />warranty deed to the Antioch Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ <br />of San Marcos, Texas, from the City of San Marcos, for said <br />property. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. That the importance of this Ordinance creates <br />an emergency and an imperative purpose necessary that the provi- <br />sions of the charter requiring that ordinances shall be read <br />on three separate meetings and that no ordinance shall become <br />effective until the expiration of ten (10) days following the <br />date of its final passage be suspended, and these provisions <br />are hereby suspended, and this Ordinance shall take effect and <br />be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and <br />publication in a newspaper of general circulation within the <br />City. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 26th <br />1982. <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />July <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Emmie Craddock <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br /> <br />s K.
