<br />-3- <br /> <br />lease agreement. Said property shall be restored at the end of the <br /> <br /> <br />period of use to its condition immediately prior to the starting date <br /> <br />for that period of use. C.A.F. will gather and dispose of litter and <br /> <br /> <br />trash in connection with its operations located on the property. C.A.F. <br /> <br /> <br />shall take sufficient security measures to safeguard the premises from <br /> <br />theft and/or vandalism. <br /> <br />IX. <br /> <br /> <br />provision of adequate sanitary facilities during the term of this <br /> <br /> <br />lease shall be the sole responsibility of C.A.F. <br /> <br />X. <br /> <br /> <br />C.A.F. shall pay all utility bills which are attributable to this <br /> <br /> <br />air show and related activities conducted by C.A.F. If additional <br /> <br /> <br />installation of utilities is necessary for activities to be conducted <br /> <br /> <br />during the period of time described in Part I, the expense of said in- <br /> <br />stallation shall be the sole responsibility of C.A.F. Any such installed <br /> <br /> <br />utilities shall remain on the leased property at the termination of this <br /> <br /> <br />lease agreement unless those utilities can be removed without damage to <br /> <br /> <br />the premises. <br /> <br />XI. <br />It is agreed that fixed based aircraft shall have use of airport <br />facilities during any air show or related activity conducted pursuant <br />to this lease agreement. Such aircraft shall be under direction of <br />C.A.F.'s representatives for tiedown specifications during this period <br />of time. All aircraft movements during the air show or relate activities <br />will be under control of C.A.F. Movements shall be coordinated with <br />the San Marcos Municipal Airport Fixed Base Operator. Aircraft with <br />hangar space shall have continuous access to and from hangar area. <br /> <br />XII. <br /> <br />During the time of war or national emergency, City shall have the <br /> <br />right to lease the landing area, airport or any part thereof to the <br /> <br />united States Government for miliatry or naval use, and if such lease <br /> <br />is executed, the provisions of this instrument insofar as they are <br />
