<br />96 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1982-37R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A <br />LEASE WITH BUTTERNUT ELECTRONICS COMPANY, <br />INC. FOR PREMISES LOCATED AT THE SAN <br />MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT FOR THE PURPOSE <br />OF ~ffiNUFACTURING AND SELLING RAIDIO ANTEN- <br />NAS; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID <br />LEASE AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Butternut Electronics Company, Inc. desires to <br />enter into a lease of premises located at the San Marcos <br />Municipal Airport for the purpose of manufacturing and <br />selling radio antennas; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the San Marcos Municipal Airport Commission <br />has recommended that the City of San Marcos enter into such <br />a lease; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of said City hereby finds <br />and determines that such a lease of Airport premises is <br />desirable and in the best interest of the City of San Marcos; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the lease between the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas and Butternut Electronics Company, Inc., for premises <br />located at the San Marcos Municipal Airport for the purpose <br />of manufacturing and selling radio antennas, a copy of which <br />is attached hereto, be, and is hereby, approved pursuant to <br />the terms and conditions expressed therein. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the Mayor of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br />Emmie Craddock, be, and is hereby, authorized to execute said <br />lease on behalf of said City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
