<br />(f) Review bids for the cemetery main- <br />tenance contract and engineering work to <br />be prepared at the cemetery and make <br />recommendations for selection of persons <br />to perform said work. <br /> <br />(g) Monitor the financial standing of the <br />cemetery and make recommendations for <br />changes. <br /> <br />Sec. 6-38. Composition. <br /> <br />The cemetery commission shall consist of five <br />(5) members whose offices are hereby created and <br />established. <br /> <br />Sec. 6-39. Appointment of members. <br /> <br />Members of the cemetery board shall be appointed <br />by the city council. <br /> <br />Sec. 6-40. Terms of members. <br /> <br />The terms of office of members of the cemetery <br />commission shall be staggered. The terms of three <br />(3) members shall expire on the date of the first <br />regular city council meeting in June of odd-num- <br />bered years and the other two (2) terms shall ex- <br />pire on the date of the first regular city council <br />meeting in June of even-numbered years. Terms <br />shall be two (2) years. <br /> <br />Sec. 6-41. Filling of vacancies. <br /> <br />All vacancies shall be filled as provided in <br />section 6-39. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
