<br />7. Maximum building coverage as a 50% <br />percentage of lot area. <br /> <br />8. Maximum accessory building coverage <br />as a percentage of rear yard 30% <br /> <br />9. Maximum height of structures N/A <br /> <br />10. Townhouses shall meet the area require- <br />ments of the "TH" District. <br /> <br />11. No lot to be used for multifamily or <br />apartment purposes shall contain an <br />area less than this amount plus 1500 <br />square feet for each dwelling unit in <br />excess of two (2) dwelling units to <br />be constructed or occupied upon such <br />lot. <br /> <br />12. See Section 23 for further clarification, <br />and exceptions and modifications. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. That any person, firm, or corporation violating <br />any provision of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor <br />and shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each day <br />or portion thereof during which any violation hereof is committed, <br />continues, or is permitted, and upon conviction of any such viola- <br />tion shall be punished by a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars <br />($200.00) . <br /> <br />SECTION 4. That if any section, subsection, sentence, clause, <br />phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held in- <br />valid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction <br />such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent <br />provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining portions thereof. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
