7. Maximum building coverage as a 50% percentage of lot area. 8. Maximum accessory building coverage as a percentage of rear yard 30% 9. Maximum height of structures N/A 10. Townhouses shall meet the area require- ments of the "TH" District. 11. No lot to be used for multifamily or apartment purposes shall contain an area less than this amount plus 1500 square feet for each dwelling unit in excess of two (2) dwelling units to be constructed or occupied upon such lot. 12. See Section 23 for further clarification, and exceptions and modifications. SECTION 3. That any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each day or portion thereof during which any violation hereof is committed, continues, or is permitted, and upon conviction of any such viola- tion shall be punished by a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00) . SECTION 4. That if any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held in- valid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof. SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten days from and after its passage and publication ln a newspaper of general circulation in the area.
