<br />RPF:dz:27.06 <br /> <br />NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ISSUE <br />CERTIFICATES OF OBLIGATION <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of San <br /> <br />Marcos, Texas, tentatively proposes to authorize the issuance of <br /> <br />interest bearing certificates of obligation of said City in maximum <br /> <br />pr incipal amount not exceeding $350,000, for the public purpose of <br /> <br />paying contractual obligations for professional services, including <br /> <br />fees for engineering, financial advisory and legal services, related <br /> <br />and incidental to additions, extensions, and improvements to be made <br /> <br />to the Ci ty' s sani tary sewer system, at its meeting to commence at <br /> <br />7:30 <br /> <br />P.M. on, November 8 <br /> <br />, 1982, at its regular meeting place <br /> <br />in the City Hall, San Marcos, Texas, The City presently proposes to <br /> <br />provide for the payment of such certificates of obligation by a pledge <br /> <br />of revenues from the City's existing waterworks and sewer system and <br /> <br />the levy of ad valorem taxes. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />
