<br />-4- <br /> <br />in Tract A or B so that pilots may be notified by UNICOM radio <br /> <br />or other means. All equipment should be distinctly marked or <br /> <br />lighted so as to be highly visible to aircraft using the airport, <br /> <br />e.g., slow moving vehicle signs. <br /> <br />V. <br />STRUCTURES <br /> <br />No structures of any type (fencing, buildings, etc.) may be <br /> <br />located by Lessee upon Tracts A or B. Structures, other than <br /> <br />fences, may be placed upon Tract C only after the consent of the <br /> <br />Lessor has been obtained. No structure may be located on any <br /> <br />tract (A, B, or C) that would threaten or inhibit the use of the <br /> <br />airport for aviation purposes. <br /> <br />VI. <br />TERM OF THE LEASE <br /> <br />This lease agreement shall commence on October 12, 1982and <br /> <br />continue until October 12, 1987, <br /> <br />a term of five (5) calendar <br /> <br />years. It is further understood and agreed that, upon agreement <br /> <br />of the parties and with one hundred eighty (180) days notice in <br /> <br />writing to Lessor by <br /> <br />Lessee <br /> <br />, this lease may be <br /> <br />extended for an additional five (5) calendar year period, to <br /> <br />October 12, 1992 <br /> <br />provided, however, that said lease shall not <br /> <br />be so extended unless all parts of this agreement have been met. <br /> <br />VII. <br />RENT <br /> <br />The total sum of Ten Thousand Eight Hundred and no/IOO <br /> <br />($lO,800.00) Dollarsis due and payable upon the first day of the <br /> <br />term of this lease. The yearly rental fee will be based on a <br /> <br />per acre figure of $ 12.00 <br /> <br />VIII. <br />SUB-LEASE OR LEASE TRANSFER <br /> <br />It is expressly understood and agreed that the Lessee may <br /> <br />not sublease any part of the demised property nor may he transfer <br /> <br />the lease agreement to another party without the prior consent of <br /> <br />Lessor. Consent to such sublease or transfer will be given by <br /> <br />Lessor only if the third party agrees, in writing, to accept and <br />
